The Junkluggers Names David Gullotti Chief Operating Officer

The Junkluggers is happy to announce David Gullotti as Chief Operating Officer effective immediately. Gullotti will oversee day to day operations of The Junkluggers and its other brands, Luggers Moving, Second Chance, as well as franchise development efforts.

“Dave is a seasoned and trusted leader who consistently delivers results,” says Junkluggers founder and CEO Josh Cohen. “He acted as my executive business coach while he was still at CT Basement Systems and I’m thrilled to bring him on four years later as our new COO. We are striving to change our culture from operations focused to sales and marketing focus and Dave is exactly the person we want leading that initiative.”

Gullotti brings with him a proven track record in sales, marketing, and operational leadership along with success in developing, launching, and building franchise brands. With extensive experience in the home services industry Gullotti will bring his expertise at a critical time as Junkluggers experiences extensive growth. As a seasoned entrepreneur and business coach, Gullotti will also bring extensive real world experience directly supporting Junkluggers’ Franchise Partners in growing their local markets.

Gullotti is exiting his role as Chief of Staff, and VP of Development at C12, a franchised executive business coaching network, where he grew Franchise partners over 120% during the past three years, and helped drive a doubling of system revenues. He has over 20 years of business ownership and C-Level experience and a strong history of significantly growing brands in a short timeline. Prior to his time at C12, Gullotti was COO of Connecticut Basement Systems, successfully growing their revenue from $8 million to $25 million in 4 years. It is at Connecticut Basement Systems where Cohen and Gullotti first met.

Gullotti is thrilled to be joining The Junkluggers, “Josh and the team have done an amazing job of growing The Junkluggers organically over the past 5 years,” says Gullotti. He added, “We are strongly positioned to disrupt our industry and scale the operation exponentially in the next few years.”

Gullotti received a BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MS from Cairn University in Langhorne, PA.
