"I cannot say enough about how wonderful and accommodating Junkluggers was in cleaning out my moms apartment when she passed. They were so thoughtful and caring with all her things, as well as with me knowing this was hard for me. We also had an issue with not being able to get into her storage unit when we were told, and they came back out the next day without any problem. They made several trips to the donation centers as well as the dump. Jake was wonderful with coordinating everything with my husband and son, and I sincerely appreciate everything they did. I would give them 100 stars if I could!"

"From the first phone contact, I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the "real live" employee (no robot) who took the call. I was made aware of the base rate and explained the basic (great, because I don't like surprises!) The Junkluggers came the same day, looked at my stuff and gave me a fair quote. They were polite, friendly, and efficient. My stuff was quickly loaded, and my yard is now clean!!!! So easy to deal with that company. Great job, Dewayne and friend!"

"Very professional and great service. They handled everything as promised. In addition they quoted the highest price it could be do to the variables of the job. In the end they charged 15% less than they had quoted. Nobody does that! I'll definitely use them again."
