"I would absolutely say that if you can afford to work with this company, I would suggest working with this one and this one only, especially if you or a loved one are in a tough situation that can make someone feel embarrassed or shameful. I am trying to help some older family members get their house in order and were living in unsafe conditions but afraid of getting help because of all the feelings that come with it. Junkluggers was recommended to me by a friend who used them and told me they were compassionate and hardworking — turns out they are so much more beyond that. There are absolutely no words for how thankful I am for Eli and Russelle. They were hard-working, quick, compassionate, honest, not pushy, and just helpful in more ways than removing junk or cleaning trash from a house - honestly, in some ways that were priceless to me because I didnt know how to navigate a situation like this. This was one of the hardest situations I've been a part of and they talked me through everything with so much respect but honesty and caring that I will continue to work with only them and this company when I need them again. They honestly deserve AT LEAST a 500 dollar bonus each or raise or whatever for the work they did today and the fact that they did it with a smile on their face and an unbelievably positive attitude the entire time. When I asked them what keeps them in this type of job, they said it's because they feel good knowing that they are helping someone get their life back and that says everything about the type of guys they are & the company they work for. Please don't be afraid to reach out to them for help if you need it but you're afraid or shamed or guilty or scared of being judged — that will not happen with Eli and Russelle. They will take the absolute best care of you and it will feel like a relief knowing you have them to help."
