"Wow - I cannot say enough good things about Junkluggers & Luggers Moving of Wilmington! We were given James' name by the realtor we were working with and had to deal with everything almost completely remotely. James was fantastic - I'm pretty sure he works 24/7 because he was in constant communication and helped us pull of a huge move in a matter of weeks. He even helped get us organized by going to the house and taking pictures before family could get down to the house. I told him I needed to reach out to other companies for quotes but due to recent storms I never heard back from anybody and I'm sure nobody could have matched his price or his customer service!! He answered any/all questions (even when it came to needing to potentially ship some items to another location) and even managed to accommodate three additional stops two business days before the move!!! His crews were also fantastic! Professional, efficient, and a joy to work with! One crew loaded the truck, another drove it from NC to multiple locations in PA, MD, DC, and VA, and still a third crew loaded a truck full of trash and hauled it away. Some of the locations presented challenges upon delivery...an elevator that stopped working, a desk that wouldn't fit in any of the doorways, the list goes on! Joe and Trey didn't let anything deter them - they consistently went above and beyond to "deliver exceptional customer service" (a quote from Trey) - and they sure did!!! Everybody raved about how wonderful every member of the team was - and it wouldn't have happened without James!!! I wish we had other moves in the NC area because we'd reach out to James and his team again in a heartbeat. "The BEST MOVERS EVER! Jack, Olin and Adam were fantastic. They were efficient, careful, and went out of their way to make sure they did everything I needed and wanted done. I’m moving from out of town and James Myers, the owner, worked with me for weeks to make sure I was totally comfortable with the price and the service I needed. I originally was going to use pods which I thought would be cheaper. It wasn’t at all and the hassle of using those is what made me look at another company in the first place. I will not even be there when they unload and am confident everything will be great. Wish these people ran our country!"
