"Update: we got back on the schedule and had a much better experience this time around with more garbage removed than we expected to fit and a quick turn around. Staff was respectful, moved quickly and addressed our prior concerns. Thank you for the rectifying this for us! Had a residential backyard to clear a pile out of. Our understanding of a FULLY loaded truck is clearly not the same as the company’s and the only resolution offered was the equivalent of taxes coming off the bill. We got told they’d come back the next day for the rest of the load (which would be a separate bill understandably) but never put us on any schedule (rep and owner confirmed). I appreciate the willingness to work out a 10% discount on an $800+ bill, but I definitely feel cheated out of my moneys worth given the results. I’ve worked with other open dumpster garbage removal (not available for when we needed the things removed which is why we ended up here) and have IN FACT seen the trucks full, NOT overloaded and NOT under loaded.
