"The service was great. I didn’t realize they can only take junk or donation stuff not both. My only issue was that I had a coupon that would have given me a considerable discount but they already charged my card. I wish they would have just voided it and still used my coupon. It’s advertised on their own website that if you use half a truck you get a discount. I shouldn’t have to mention it. But other than that they did do a good job of taking the junk we had."

However, in cleaning out our garage, we needed to have a large refrigerator removed and scheduled an appointment. The two young men arrived promptly, and were pleasant, courteous, and professional. Pricing was pretty much what I expected after scheduling online the day before. Overall it was convenient, easy, and worth it since there was no way I could move the large items down stairs by myself.
