"I am a personal organizer and work with clients who are clearing out their homes. In this particular case, it was after the death of an elderly family member who had lived in her apartment for over 60 years. When i first booked the job, Taarik set up a date to come to this large apartment so we could go over exactly what I needed to have cleared out and so he could look at the logistics of the space (ie small hallways, large items of furniture, service elevator, etc etc). That extra “pre-appt”, if you will, was very helpful for all parties concerned. When the team arrived last week on the morning of the job they already knew what was involved from photos and notes he had made from our walk through. I was very impressed with that. The actual team that cleared out the apt was excellent and i can only say good things about them and the whole JUNKLUGGERS experience. Jeremy was the crew leader and he was awesome, as were all of his team: Deven, Luis, Deshawn, Harry and Kevin L. Besides being totally ON IT, and able to work easily and efficiently in their team, everyone was super friendly and smiley. "Junkluggers was excellent. Most of my clean out went directly to a charity. At the end Junkluggers was called in to deal with a very heavy upright piano and historical bed. They sent Kyle and Maurice who helped take apart the piano, slide it down my stoop and roll it to the truck. They did it with humor and care, and without any damage to my house."
