No, you don’t need to lift a thing. Just show us what needs to go and our crew will handle all the sorting, lifting, carrying, and loading. We want the process to be as simple and stress-free for you as possible.
We follow a donation-first, recycle-second approach to help reduce waste. If any items are accepted by local donation centers, we’ll provide you with a donation receipt for your records. Anything that can’t be reused is recycled or responsibly disposed of.
Yes — we’re very familiar with navigating stairs, elevators, walk-ups, gated communities, and older home layouts. Our team is trained to move items safely and carefully, even in challenging spaces. We’ll make it work without disrupting your home or neighbors.
We provide a free, no-pressure onsite estimate before any work begins, so you’ll always know what to expect. Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our truck — not how long the job takes. Once you approve the estimate, we get right to work.
We can remove almost anything, but there are a few items we’re not able to haul for safety reasons, such as hazardous chemicals, oil drums, and certain industrial materials. If you’re unsure about something, just ask — we’ll let you know right away and can often recommend the proper disposal resource. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible.
