"Excellent experience! I needed to find a place to dispose of a large older tv, and came across Junkluggers. They not only took my tv, but also took a bunch of other clean out items, including cinder blocks and other heavy materials for a very fair price. Best of all, I was able to schedule this on short notice, and their customer service was among the best I’ve seen in a long while. Tony, their scheduler, was friendly and very knowledgeable, and the two collection technicians were professional and exceptionally hard workers. In short, I would highly recommend them to anyone as a fist consideration when dealing with clean outs or any unwanted items."

"Junkluggers were great. We had a rental condo in Center City in a high rise building. Our former tenant left behind a good amount of furniture. Junkluggers had quick availability and when the front desk turned them away because of a mixup we were able to reschedule for a few days later. They were very responsive on the phone and text."

"This was my first time working with this company. I was blown away by how quick and seamless the process was. We scheduled our appointment on Sunday and a team of 2 men wearing company branded hoodies came the next day. They were personable, professional and efficient and they exceeded our expectations. "As a result of an upcoming move, reached out to JunkLuggers to remove some large items from my apartment: sofa, love seat, tube television, mattress, boxspring, and two bed frames.. Stephen (Steven) called in advance of the 3PM appointment to advise they were is route- this was about 1:50PM. This was a surprise and although caught off guard - I readily accepted this earlier availability. The JunkLugger staff were professional, polite, engaging, careful, respectful of the property, extremely efficient, and explained the pricing of the device in advance. By 2:40PM they were on their done!! Job well done - thank you JunkLuggers Team!!"
