"Kimberly & Bill Fiedler We were moving and downsizing from a house to a apartment. We set up a pick-up date and time all online and received a phone call to confirm everything and answer any questions. The ease in which it was done was fantastic! They sent 3 very nice and professional men to our home at the appointed day and time with a phone call when they were on the way. They arrived on time and proceeded to give us a quote on the things we had to say goodbye to. As it was, we had a bunch of good sized items, furniture included. They price by the space used on the truck....I knew it was going to take a lot of room. These guy's are masters of fitting things together...think Tetrus the game. They managed to fit almost a truckload into 1/2 the space! My husband and I were thrilled! Besides the fact that they donate and recycle before just dumping stuff into a landfill, they were professional, respectful and courteous and they didn't try to rip us off. They went above and beyond the duty of just "loading" the truck, they took the time to fit things together using the least amount of space possible. Thank you Junkluggers!! "You can’t tell by their name but they don’t just lug junk, they recycle and send junk for reuse rather than refuse…to dump in a landfill. They texted reminders and called before arriving - in the promised time frame. Anticipating that my job could be larger than expected, Brandon brought a 2nd truck. They did manage to put everything in the 1st truck that Todd and Mark brought. I was only charged for the amount of items put in the truck, rather than a flat fee for a full load. All 3 men were polite, efficient, and resourceful. I was given several options with no pressure, just logic. It’s unfortunate that the bulk of what I needed removed was very heavy which drove up the cost. I considered having them take half of the haul so I didn’t have to spend so much money all at once. Brandon explained that I’d actually end up paying more money if I split the load into 2 separate trips. Having everything gone made me feel so much lighter and a lot less stressed! The guys never complained about the heat. They did appreciate a breeze when it hit. They did a good job with the cleanup and had great attitudes. It was a pleasure working with them!"
