"This was my first time using this company. The team that completed my project were Michael, Vaughn & Prince . They were puntual, professional, honest, and very hard working. Vaughn provided me with the “ what to expect “ breakdown . Right after the guys got to working moving fast, utilizing their own personal bags etc. Once the job was completed the guys did a walk through of the apartment, tied up some loose ends and we proceeded to payment. Projected included a living room, and about 7-8 bags inside the kitchen . I was very pleased with the outcome which took about 1:40 minutes. Thank you guys !"

"They were very prompt and called to confirm and called to let me know they were on their way. They gave me a timeframe of between 10 and 12 for arrival, but called to ask if they could come early so they arrived around 9:30. I had 2 tables and lots of boxes, about a room's worth. They got the job done in about 40 minutes - very well organized and very efficient. The only problem is they had to break a table to get it through the door but then discovered if they turned it a certain way, it would clear the door. I wish I didn't okay it , but I did. Anyway that was the only thing. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. It's the best way to rehome stuff or clean out an apartment!"

"Junkluggers did a great job clearing out our apartment in Brooklyn, Park Slope, that I've had for 35 years. The movers came a few days prior but there was still a lot of basic furniture: bed, desk etc., dining set, 5 bookshelves with books left behind, closets with dishes, and old paperwork, plus an old breakfront and antique chair, electronics and more. We got an arrival window of 10 to 12noon. They called me just before 10am that they'd be there in 35 minutes and they were. Junior and Kyle L., very friendly, came up to take the inventory, including of the storage unit in the basement. They assured me that they'd call if they had any questions. And they did regarding some upper closets that we had forgotten to address. As I had told them, they left the AC behind for someone to pick up later. -- Later on Quoron and Dashawn joined the team to complete the big job. It took a total of about 5 hours. They called me when they were about done in the apartment to check the space to make sure they had not forgotten anything. I just found the small bathroom cabinet still full, had actually forgotten to point that one out. That just took 2 minutes to clear. -- They worked very efficiently but didn't appear to be in a rush. I so appreciate that everything that's still in good shape will be donated to various charitable organizations! They were a great team with a good sense of humor! I strongly recommend this company to anybody!"
