About The Owner:

Andy Taylor is a long-time Hanover County resident and businessman. A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Andy is a proven leader in the sales and marketing industry, with 20+ years of executive level management expertise. In the fall of 2016, as Andy and his wife prepared to sell their home and "downsize" he realized there were limited environmentally responsible options to dispose of all the "stuff" they had accumulated over the years. He also recognized the lack of a coordinated network of charitable options where he could donate his gently-used items so they could benefit someone else in need. Around this same time, Andy was looking for an opportunity that was eco-centric and provided him with an opportunity to give back to the RVA community, which had been so kind to him and his wife over the years.

In April 2017, Andy found that opportunity when he became owner and President of The Junkluggers of Central VA franchise, an eco-friendly junk removal business that truly makes a difference in the community. With his extensive business experience and personal network of charitable organizations, Andy works hard alongside family and friends to help Richmond & surrounding areas become more eco-friendly. His daily commitment and intention is to "WOW" every single customer from initial contact right through to the end of each job. In addition to making a difference in the lives of others, Andy enjoys traveling, being outdoors, playing golf and cruising in his Jeep Wrangler, as well as spending time with family and friends...and his labradoodle Macie-Grey!
