"Everything about this process and the interaction with the company and its personnel was outstanding! The appointment scheduling was virtually effortless (only effort was to click on desired appointment day and time). Pickup was on time and removal were simultaneous and efficient, but also engaging with personable employees on site at our home. Items were separated by determination of trash or potential recycle/donations. Everything was done in less than an hour (significantly less)! They even took mattress sets and a spinet piano (some additional fees for those, due to recycling requirements - and we didn't quibble at all). Very much recommended, and we also learned of them via USAA, with a 10% discount! Now we are awaiting the info on the value of the donatable items. M. White, Chesterfield"
