Honest Pricing
You will never pay more than our written on-site estimate. If your items take up less space in the truck, you even pay less.
If items are added after the estimate is approved, then pricing is subject to change to cover the additional items.
Exceptional Service
We arrive on time and with a smile. Our luggers work efficiently, treating you and your items with care and respect. The only thing we care about more than your items is your satisfaction. Plain and simple, we aren't happy unless you are.
When it comes to being on time, we commit to arriving within the scheduled 2 hour window. If we arrive less than 30 minutes late, we provide an automatic 5% off the total bill. If we arrive more than 30 minutes late, we provide an automatic 10% off. Same-day bookings and changed appointment times do not apply.
Eco-Friendly Removal
Our goal is to donate, rehome, and recycle everything we possibly can, minimizing what ends up in the landfill. In fact, our Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) is to keep 100% of reusable items out of landfills.
Donation Receipt
You may receive a donation receipt within 14 business days for any items we're able to donate to local charities. Ultimately, the donation centers and charities we partner with determine what they can accept. While we can't guarantee that all items will be donated or that a receipt will be provided, we always do our best to find a new home for your belongings. Donations receipts vary by location
