"The Junkluggers are the best! I got quotes from a few places around San Antonio, but they offered the fairest price by far. Steve was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He shared great information about their services, and even had more information about the 1900s upright piano I needed removed. He came out for an estimate on Friday, set up an appointment, and had the job completed quickly by Saturday morning. The whole process was completely painless on my end — they were on time, transparent about pricing, and made what could’ve been a stressful job incredibly easy. Not a single mark on the walls, carpet, doors, or doorframes — they treated my home with real care and respect. Steve pulled his team together for a very difficult job, and they handled everything with professionalism and great attention to detail. Thank you, Steve and The Junkluggers team! I’ll definitely be reaching out again for future jobs and highly recommend them to anyone in San Antonio looking for reliable, honest, and careful junk removal services."

"These guys are the best-- besides being a green company, the real real junk luggers (the guys who show up!) are just extraordinary people. We used them twice in a two week period-- selling a house with 30 yrs of memories and, yes, junk too. In the first round they hauled off the big stuff-- an outdoor grill, some furniture... a riding mower! They muscled that stuff on the truck with smile! For very reasonable price;) The second round took away an entire truckload full of everything left after the movers took our furniture. They came the morning we were closing the sale of the house and man oh man did they understand the urgency, but they STILL took time to look for things we may have missed. They found important documents we had overlooked and always asked if it looked like something we might want to keep. Don't look anywhere else for your junk lugging needs. These guys are the best. Seriously. Hard working, thoughtful, ...even joyful people. They seem to operate on the understanding that one man's junk is another man's gold. You're gonna love these guys "

"Billy & Andres arrived on time, moved and disposed of a 675lb piano without incident. Both were friendly and discussed various options as I wanted to keep some of the wood from the piano. While they were there we got rid of some extra stuff in the yard. I'm very happy with the work they did."

"Oct. 2025: Second time using Junkluggers. I requested Cal and Jack again because of my great experience with them last time. They both worked carefully and quickly, removing old living room and bedroom furniture from inside our home for donation and or disposal. Easy scheduling and same day service on this job. Needed approximately 2 truckloads of accumulated junk removed from a large backyard shed and patio. Cal and Jack were very personable and easy to talk to. They didn’t hesitate verifying with me any questionable items being taken that I still wanted removed. Cleanup after the job was very thorough. "I was impressed by a review from a lady they had just moved. She was giving me her moving boxes. I called for a quote and booked them! Olin and Lawrence were my moving team. They kept everything lighthearted with the job being longer than we expected due to elevator limitations. But we got it done and Ian was easy to work with on the invoicing and payment! 5 stars to the team."
