"Stellar service - booked online where price ranges were shown (super helpful). The guys called when they were able to arrive sooner than we booked. Once they arrived, they were upfront about pricing, incredibly friendly, worked quickly, took hazardous materials, and did all the heavy lifting. Definitely recommend and would use them again. In fact, we did use them again the next day as we were doing a garage clean out. First day Rory & Kyle took a full truck for us and the next day, Terence & Angel B. loaded a partial truck. All great guys who did a GREAT job!"

"The employees who came to our house were very friendly, respectful, and cooperative. We were in the process of moving out of our old house after 24 years, and had a lot that we didn't want to move. They accepted an impressive range of stuff, and were quite up-front about how the pricing works, and what they would and wouldn't take. We had a large old sofa in our basement, and they worked very hard to get it out of the basement through our bend-in-the-middle basement stairway. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service."

True to their promise, when the quantity of our goods ended up filling less of the truck than expected, we received a lower final bill. "What a great experience and for a fair price! My dad recently passed away, and we needed to clear out his garage down by the city, which was filled with a mix of items—some definitely of value. Junkluggers and Dana’s team came highly recommended to me, and they truly delivered. They arrived early, were polite, and incredibly professional throughout. They stayed in constant communication and were respectful of everything going on around them. They handled all of my dad’s belongings with care, thoughtfully separating donations from junk. They also packed the truck efficiently to ensure a fair and accurate charge based on the load. They even kindly offered to help sweep out the garage. Top notch!
