"Junkluggers were amazing! 1. They actually gave me a price range by the items I explained needing removed. No other place would do that. They all wanted to come out and inspect first. That’s a terrible process when you’re trying to get an estimate from several places. I was not in the position where I could set appointments up when I needed my stuff gone the next day. 2. The range options matched what I was expecting and the price was acceptable. 3. They were not just on time but actually called and said they can come early which was awesome. 4. They were professional and fast. I had a twin and king mattress, king platform bed frame, a table and a hand truck that all disappeared like magic from a 2nd floor apartment. The only critical feedback I can give is the payment system. I had to type all my card info into a phone (I couldn’t find my bifocals so that took me a minute 🤣). I would suggest a square reader or let me put my card on file and me just ok the charge."
