From the initial phone call to the final haul, there were no hidden fees or surprises—what they quoted during booking was exactly what they delivered. Even though it was the end of their shift, the crew made sure to remove everything I asked without cutting corners. I don't remember all their names, but the entire team, including the Team Leader, was courteous, professional, and respectful of our home. The Team Leader took time to explain the pricing structure based on how the truck gets filled and patiently answered all my questions. At one point, I almost decided against using a service like this due to cost concerns, but after seeing how smoothly and professionally they handled everything for me and my family, I knew I made the right choice. It was truly a priceless experience."

"Have used Junkluggers 3 times now! First time was a full truck, second time was 3/4 truck and this last time was 1/3 truck full. Each time, this service was super easy to schedule (they had opening next day) and the men who did the work were so friendly and helpful, amazing customer service. They were very quick and efficient, you just show them everything that needs to go, and they take it from wherever it is, no need to even pile everything in one spot if you’re not able to. Im sure I will be using them again and highly recommend, worth every penny. I also love that they donate whatever items they can."

This was a big job and they originally estimated one full truck but it ended up needing a second one. However, they were good to their word and policy and didn’t charge for the extra truck."
