The process of scheduling an appointment with Russell was a breeze and communication as to when they would be arriving - both leading up to the day of my appointment and the day of – was excellent. "TLDR: Ultimately, this service is worth every reasonable penny, if you are thinking about using them then stop thinking and just do it. How do I truly express the awesomeness of this company? We are moving from a 3000 sq foot four floor townhouse to a 1500 sq foot bi-level home. The amount of stuff we have accumulated over the years that won’t fit into our new home is overwhelming. We have made countless runs to goodwill, to the dump, overloaded our poor neighborhood garbage collectors on a weekly basis. We have looked into renting a uhaul for dump runs, we looked into those units where they park it in front of your house and then take it away when full. The issue we kept coming to was a mixture of time and money. Was the cost of having someone else lug away our junk worth the time it would save? Based on everywhere we looked, the answer had been no. Then I came across Junkluggers. A company who will come and give me a quote, work with me on what he would take based on my budget, then he hauled it all away. And, on top of that, they sort your items for things that can be donated. Are you serious? All for a price that didn’t make me or my husband’s heart skip a beat? It was a no brainer. And they were super responsive and I didn’t have to wait a week or more for “availability”? What?? My only complaint is that I hadn’t found them 4 months ago when I first started this purge project. I would have saved entire weekends of time where I was enjoying my family instead of sorting through our junk for donation versus dump, then running around to all the places to get rid of those items."
