Christine Van Tatenhove grew up in the mountains of eastern Kentucky. After law school at the University of Kentucky, she settled in Lexington and built a successful career centered on practicing law and public service. The decision to make Junkluggers the next chapter of that career came after long conversations with Chris's son, Cooper Van Tatenhove. Their joint vision was to find a family business opportunity that allowed them to not only do well, but to contribute to the communities they serve. The Junkluggers' focus on recycling and donating as part of a junk removal business turned out to be the perfect fit. "Cooper and I are excited to build a business that is committed to family, the community and the environment." notes Chris.
