They were efficient, friendly, and are obviously Tetris masterminds because they figured out how to load my haul in one truck! "I was nervous about trying to arrange a next-day pickup for some large items, but they absolutely came through! I submitted an online request and they called me within an hour or so. I felt so confident in them every step of the way, I had no further questions than what they already walked me through. I was even able to pay on the spot with a credit card, though they did mention they can also give quotes and set up a different day for pickup. I really valued that they donate anything they're able to, that made me choose them above a different junk removal service. I'm going to prioritize using them in the future. They really were so excellent beginning to end that I had to leave a review of something on Google for once 😂 10/10!"
