"The service was great. I didn’t realize they can only take junk or donation stuff not both. My only issue was that I had a coupon that would have given me a considerable discount but they already charged my card. I wish they would have just voided it and still used my coupon. It’s advertised on their own website that if you use half a truck you get a discount. I shouldn’t have to mention it. But other than that they did do a good job of taking the junk we had."

"We live about one mile from Junkluggers in Ashland, VA but had never had the occasion to call them. However, in cleaning out our garage, we needed to have a large refrigerator removed and scheduled an appointment. The two young men arrived promptly, and were pleasant, courteous, and professional. The service is quoted up front with no obligation. We could not be more pleased with their work and highly recommend Junkluggers."

"Great first experience with Junkluggers of Austin! Alysia and Mike arrived at the start of the appointment window, and made quick work of getting my unwanted stuff outta there! Pricing was pretty much what I expected after scheduling online the day before. Overall it was convenient, easy, and worth it since there was no way I could move the large items down stairs by myself. I chose Junkluggers based on reviews and the fact that they prioritize donating and recycling, and it was the right decision."

"I needed to clear out the family home of 60 years and didn't want to send it all to landfill. Junkluggers helped me recycle and donate what was usable and then dispose of the rest. They provided labor to pack items when needed and disassembled furniture. I traveled from my home in another county to meet them on-site and they were dependable in meeting appointment dates/ times. Everyone I worked with had great attitudes were supportive and flexible. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and can strongly recommend them."

"I called this company and they were very friendly on the phone and took care of the job quickly. I was in a bind because I was leaving the next day and i helping my mother-in-law out.
