They not only took my tv, but also took a bunch of other clean out items, including cinder blocks and other heavy materials for a very fair price. Best of all, I was able to schedule this on short notice, and their customer service was among the best I’ve seen in a long while. Tony, their scheduler, was friendly and very knowledgeable, and the two collection technicians were professional and exceptionally hard workers. "As a result of an upcoming move, reached out to JunkLuggers to remove some large items from my apartment: sofa, love seat, tube television, mattress, boxspring, and two bed frames.. Stephen (Steven) called in advance of the 3PM appointment to advise they were is route- this was about 1:50PM. This was a surprise and although caught off guard - I readily accepted this earlier availability. The JunkLugger staff were professional, polite, engaging, careful, respectful of the property, extremely efficient, and explained the pricing of the device in advance. The scheduling process was easy, the crew arrived right at the start of the promised arrival window, I was quoted a fair price for the job, and Malik and Brigham (the "luggers") were professional, friendly, and quick. Half a truckload of junk (most of it large and heavy) was gone within thirty minutes of their arrival. I'm especially appreciative of the company's attempts to re-home things that are still usable, rather than just dump it in a landfill. I will call them first the next time I need stuff hauled away!"

Personally and professionally I've spent the past 18 months or so using a variety of services of this kind because I wanted to KNOW who I felt was the best and who I really wanted to work with over time. Others were cheaper. You get what you pay for. One company I used- I learned in hindsight- basically puts out the orders for the taking for anyone with a truck. It was a disaster.
