I even added a piece of furniture that wasn’t previously talked about and they were very accommodating and repriced me very reasonably and adapted on the spot. They were even courteous to not try to dirty up my carpet, 10/5 stars would recommend and use again."

When they arrived they were on time, and immediately showed respect of my neighbors because their first question was asking where they should park. They were the right blend of friendly and professional, and quickly took away the junk I needed disposed. I was getting rid of a mattress and got to talking to them about how VA doesn't require recycling of mattresses, and they knew all about how some other states were doing it! They also took the time to talk me through their relationship with a donation location. So it's not just lip-service about their eco- and community- focus. TLDR: Highly recommend, would use again."
