After contacting "Habitat for Humanity" online, we were directed to book with JUNKLUGGERS for a paid pick up and delivery. We booked a free estimate on the phone with Lisa. She was knowledgeable, articulate, and kind in explaining how JUNKLUGGERS operates. Within 24 hours, JUNKLUGGERS Joel and Paul arrived at our home, inspected our furniture, gave a free estimate, and negotiated price of removal and transport to a new place. They also were knowledgeable, respectful, and careful in removing 7 pieces of furniture. They spent time explaining how JUNKLUGGERS operates, and its commitment to the environment and community. JUNKLUGGERS accept credit cards without an additional transaction fee, and within hours, we received via email a receipt and donation information confirming that JUNKLUGGERS had found a home for our furniture. We are grateful and plan to use JUNKLUGGERS again."

We called set up an appointment for them to come out, the associate on the phone was very helpful and understanding. When they got to our house, it ended up being a little bit more than what they Intended on taking. thank goodness for such understanding employees they have, and friendly. They went above and beyond to take our stuff, went back to their shop and came back And worked until it was done. I would highly recommend this Company to anybody. Thank you, Junk Luggers.
