"I used Junkluggers to remove all of my furniture from my apartment. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Tyler came out and gave me a free estimate. I then scheduled a pick-up date. Tyler and Nasir had a window of 8:00-10:00 a.m. Received a call at 8:45 telling me they'd be to me in 25 minutes and they were. They methodically emptied one room at a time and loaded onto the truck. They were so fast and efficient it was amazing. Because my belongings used up less of the truck then originally quoted, Tyler readjusted the quote and saved me some money. They are so transparent and honest. Do Not hesitate to use them. Also Megan sent an e-mail stating they would be able to donate some of my belongings and once done, she would send me something for my taxes. Great company!!!"

She spent over an hour on the phone with us, going over all the care they take in the exceptional service that they provide. Rory and Tyler entered our home mindfully, worked efficiently and took care in leaving it cleaner than they found it. They first took our items to non profit organizations, then goodwill and the remaining items to the dump. This is a peace of mind business. Our minds are at ease knowing that all who could benefit from the items that we no longer need, did. Simply, the opposite of our experience with their competitor. And less expensive. Second, great customer service and the 2 men who worked on our project were competent, careful and SO pleasant to work with. The company's pricing policy is more than fair. Your final fee can only go down from the quote if you use less truck space. If in the end, they need more truck space than quoted , they eat the additional cost. Cannot recommend them more highly!"
