"Let me say that I don't usually leave many reviews but the team at Junkluggers really came through for me. I'm on a tight deadline and moving homes internationally and the other company I scheduled with had trouble getting out to my location in time. I called Junkluggers first thing in the morning and the office person was friendly and explained everything clearly. They had a same day opening for the afternoon. I booked with them happy to get this done. They call me an hour later saying they were in my area and had a cancellation and wanted to know if they could come early. You bet!! They showed up and were professional from start to finish and did a great job getting my old large furniture out without damaging anything. Pardon that I forgot their names onsite but you don't know how much of a strain you took off me getting this taken care of so quickly. The service was transparent from start to finish. "I called them to dispose of a bed and bedframe and they arrived 20 minutes later and they were quick, polite, just real ppl. I even added a piece of furniture that wasn’t previously talked about and they were very accommodating and repriced me very reasonably and adapted on the spot. They were even courteous to not try to dirty up my carpet, 10/5 stars would recommend and use again."
