"I booked them late at night for the next morning, and they confirmed right away in the A.M. When they arrived they were on time, and immediately showed respect of my neighbors because their first question was asking where they should park. They were the right blend of friendly and professional, and quickly took away the junk I needed disposed. I was getting rid of a mattress and got to talking to them about how VA doesn't require recycling of mattresses, and they knew all about how some other states were doing it! They also took the time to talk me through their relationship with a donation location. So it's not just lip-service about their eco- and community- focus. TLDR: Highly recommend, would use again."
