"I've been looking forward to decluttering for months, and Junkluggers made it happen. First plus: communication. Anthony and Ace called ahead asking if it was okay to come early, and we loved that they were proactive in asking and prompt in arriving. Second plus: Thoroughness. Once here, they clearly communicated every step of the way, from process to pricing, so we never had any questions or concerns, and were repeatedly thorough in checking items to load up. Third plus: great customer service. They were friendly, efficient, and extremely patient with my 9-year-old son who had lots of questions, and I couldn't believe how quickly they were done with the job. My husband and I were happy dancing in the garage after it was done. THANK YOU BOTH! We'll be recommending Junkluggers to our friends and neighbors in the future!"

"These guys handled I have been struggling to get rid of - an old piano. Once they reach a certain age, they can't be tuned, and they're junk. And I had to get this out of a second story condo downtown. Trey and his partner did a great job navigating parking, a long hallway, and a ramp up to the street. It was, in the end, easy for me. Beware this is not cheap, but they tell you that up front. Very glad this is taken care of, and all I needed to do was pick up the phone."

"This company provides a quality service. The estimate was spot on, the driver Caleb provided frequent status updates on the appointment and they arrived on time. Caleb and Mason took time to survey the work needed and cleared out the home; doing a thorough job. Will use them for all of my property clean outs and have referred them to other team members."
