"Moved into a new house with partner and realized quickly we had WAYYY too much junk that we needed GONE…ASAP! Contacted Junkluggers and in less than 24 hours I had a friendly crew arrive and haul it all away for us in just minutes! Def recommend. Also love that they divert items that can be donated from a landfill - and then send YOU the tax receipt! Incredible!"

"The Junkluggers did a terrific job clearing out my late sister's townhouse. Very efficient and on time. You could tell that the crew was well trained. They were sensitive to the emotional aspect of the job for me. When they found an item that they thought I might want to keep, they stopped to show me. What would have taken me days to complete, they did in 2 hours. I highly recommend them."

"Finally decided to clear out my storage unit that I've had for years. Spoke to Junkluggers' customer service and set up a time and date for the estimate. Their rep, Andy, met me out at the storage unit and gave me a very reasonable cost for moving everything out and we set up a time and date for the clear out a few days later. I was at the storage unit nearly 2 hours on the scheduled moving day when I got a call from TJ saying their earlier job was larger than expected and they were going to be late about an hour. TJ and Abdul arrived about 50 minutes later and got to work moving everything out. They brought in another helper to speed the process and finished everything in about 90 minutes. The guys did a great job and were friendly and courteous. It is Junkluggers' policy that if they are more than 30 minutes late (if the move is not scheduled same day as the estimate) the customer is entitled to an automatic 10% off the total bill. While I didn't receive this at the finish and payment of the job, I did call and speak with Andy a few days later and he immediately reimbursed my credit card for the 10%. I was very satisfied with Junkluggers' professionalism, reasonable cost, and the fact that they know my time is valuable as well. I recommend them highly and will use they again in the future."

"Andy and his team can help you with ANYTHING that needs to be disposed of. One of my friends has a hot tub that has been using a big piece of her yard, for decades. Andy can help with that. He was quick to stand by for doctors office I referred, for anything they didn't want to move with them. It feels good to recommend a company that repurposes as many things as possible, to keep them out of landfills. Andy shared with us about an electronic waste day, to get rid of those computers & printers that are clogging up your house. So easy to work with, I recommend Junk Luggers in the New Orleans area."
