"These guys were great!!! I had a miscommunication and had to reschedule and they were wonderful about rescheduling and working with me. They packed that container as tight as can be and were more than fair with me on price. They take paint, will charge extra for it, but I’m comfortable with the fact that they’ll recycle what they can.Very professional, pleasant, I’ll use them again. Can’t recommend them highly !"

"Finally decided to clear out my storage unit that I've had for years. Spoke to Junkluggers' customer service and set up a time and date for the estimate. Their rep, Andy, met me out at the storage unit and gave me a very reasonable cost for moving everything out and we set up a time and date for the clear out a few days later. I was at the storage unit nearly 2 hours on the scheduled moving day when I got a call from TJ saying their earlier job was larger than expected and they were going to be late about an hour. TJ and Abdul arrived about 50 minutes later and got to work moving everything out. They brought in another helper to speed the process and finished everything in about 90 minutes. The guys did a great job and were friendly and courteous. It is Junkluggers' policy that if they are more than 30 minutes late (if the move is not scheduled same day as the estimate) the customer is entitled to an automatic 10% off the total bill. While I didn't receive this at the finish and payment of the job, I did call and speak with Andy a few days later and he immediately reimbursed my credit card for the 10%. I was very satisfied with Junkluggers' professionalism, reasonable cost, and the fact that they know my time is valuable as well. I recommend them highly and will use they again in the future."
