"I donated some oversized wood furniture and they made it easy. Requested an 1130-130 pickup and they called me at 1125 and said they were around 30 minutes out. At noon, a two man crew showed up, took photos of the furniture and the space once they removed it and promptly had everything out of the house in around 25 minutes."

"The service was great. I didn’t realize they can only take junk or donation stuff not both. My only issue was that I had a coupon that would have given me a considerable discount but they already charged my card. I wish they would have just voided it and still used my coupon. It’s advertised on their own website that if you use half a truck you get a discount. I shouldn’t have to mention it. But other than that they did do a good job of taking the junk we had."
