"I called Junkluggers on Monday Dec.7th and talked to representative at 9am roughly. He took my information and told me the process of what would happen. He said i was scheduled for between 10-12 that morning. At 11am I received a call from the owner of the Richmond facility saying the workers were going to reach out to me. They called at 11:20 and arrived at 12 promptly.They surveyed the issue, quoted me the price that the initial caller told me, and when I agreed they removed the item from my home.They were very polite and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them."

"Great professional movers! 2 guys came to haul away a huge and heavy Murphy bed I had. They called a third guy to come help them and he arrived within 5 minutes. I didn't think they were going to be able to get it down the steps in a tight fit but they did it with no damage to the walls! Definitely would use their service again."
