"As a result of an upcoming move, reached out to JunkLuggers to remove some large items from my apartment: sofa, love seat, tube television, mattress, boxspring, and two bed frames.. Stephen (Steven) called in advance of the 3PM appointment to advise they were is route- this was about 1:50PM. This was a surprise and although caught off guard - I readily accepted this earlier availability. The JunkLugger staff were professional, polite, engaging, careful, respectful of the property, extremely efficient, and explained the pricing of the device in advance.
