"Update again: I've used Junkluggers a total of 7 times! It's been a long year of clearing out my parents' home and knowing I can depend on Junkluggers has made it easier. Jeff, James, Kenneth, and Cody have been wonderful. Truly exceptional service. Update: We've now used Junkluggers 4 times. These guys are awesome. They're polite & respectful of my mother, her home, & her belongings. They've always been upfront about the charges and have adjusted as needed, no hidden costs or "extra fees". They have truly made the process of clearing out & packing up 40+ years of memories easier. Junkluggers of Nashville did an AMAZING job. They were on time, professional, & efficient. We're slowly cleaning out my Mom's house for the inevitable downsizing to a retirement home. It's a stressful and emotional process. Kenneth & James were incredibly kind, showed a lot of patience, and had a great sense of humor. They immediately put me at ease. I had items all over the house & they made quick work of hauling out all the bags of trash, clothes, & furniture. When we got to the garage, storage room, and shed I had to go through the items as they pulled them out & they were so patient. It was hot & humid but they just kept at it till the job was done. The owner, Jeff, is very professional and patient as well. He took the time to answer all my questions. He gave me the lowest estimate of 4 companies and in the end it was less than the quote! They sent me donation receipts the next day. I like the fact that not everything ended up in the landfill. I will definitely be using Junkluggers again. We still have to tackle the attic!"
