"My experience with Junkluggers was wonderful! I called for information on a Monday morning. The customer service rep on the phone was knowledgeable and friendly. Antonio and Pedro were here in less than two hours (same day). They had 12 years of junk removed from our basement in roughly an hour. They were kind and hardworking. The service isn’t inexpensive but their pricing is competitive and their service from start to finish was great. It was worth peace of mind as we prepare to finish our basement. And I love that they attempt to donate to charity prior to disposal. Highly recommended this company!"

"Excellent service. I called in the morning and the girl said she could have someone out here that afternoon. Then a while later she called and said she could have someone out within the hour. They got here within 40 minutes, gave me the estimate and hauled everything out our front picture window because the furniture wouldn't fit through the doorways. I would surely call them again. Two very nice guys too. The whole process was exceptional!!! And the price wasn't bad either!!"

"The team that arrived was amazing and did such a good job! The only disappointment that I had was paying $100 more for what I thought was a small job. The couch that I had them take, I thought would be $150, but it was more like $250. It was worth the cost on short notice… if there is a way for the customer to be more clear on costs ahead of time, that would be great."

"They did a great job on very short notice and were very easy to work with. My only complaint is that the price seemed high based on the fact that everything was in the garage so very easy to load. However in all fairness I don't know what their competitors charge so that may have been standard. I love the fact that they take anything that could be useful to a charity and send a reception for tax purposes. That is a plus."
