Our goal is not simply to make unwanted items disappear. After pickup, we sort every load. Usable items are donated or rehomed whenever possible. Recyclable items are set aside and sent to the right facilities. Only the small remainder of items with no usable second life go to the landfill. When we donate on your behalf, you may receive a tax-deductible donation receipt within 14 business days for accepted items.
We like to keep the process as easy as possible. You can book an appointment online or by phone. You can choose a two-hour arrival window that works for you. When the crew is en route, they’ll call ahead before coming to the property.
We begin with a walkthrough of everything you want removed. Then we provide a written on-site estimate based primarily on the amount of truck space the load is expected to use. Nothing gets loaded unless you’re OK with the estimate, and you never pay a dime more than what it says on the paper.
