Great communication from the company, including an easy interface on the website to book, a prompt confirmation call, and another confirmation email this week. Today Brian, Garcia, and Francisco arrived right on time, quickly gave me a very reasonable estimate and explained the pricing model, and got to work. In less than 2 hours they had completely cleared an enormous, extremely full storage unit. They were polite, professional, and efficient.
