"I had a somewhat complicated move of an old fireplace insert weighing 500 pounds that I needed brought to a specific facility for recycling. I had called around a bit and got some bids that seemed excessive or flat denied. Vader took the call at Junk Luggers and he was incredibly thorough and helpful and got me an appointment for the next day. Though there wasn’t an exact estimate given as the movers need to finish appraisal on site, the rough estimate was completely fair and just for the job and I was told many times that I didn’t have to hire them once they arrived if the cost increased or for whatever reason. Brian, Matt, and Francisco showed up on time after communicating with me prior to coming out. Brian explained the fees and I was happy with it so I continued to have them remove it from my home. They smoothly and safely moved the insert down our front stairs quicker than I imagined possible. They were polite and worked well together.
