"While the guys were very very nice and professional, I was not expecting such a small truck. I guess I should have looked up what a 16 cubic feet truck was like. I told them all that I had but in the end, I did also have a lot that didn't sell. What I was quoted over the phone was double once they got there and saw it would take 2 days to pack and haul it all away. So we just let them take all the furniture at the original quoted price. We were left to pack the rest and put it in the garage. Luckily my Estate lady who had just a large pick up truck, sent 2 of her guys to pack all the garage stuff and all that we moved to the garage, and hauled it, also my husband with his truck helping. I recommend before using this or any other company, google exactly how big the truck will be and if you have more, ask what happens. We were running out of days to play with before maids came and cleaned and the carpets were done. My closing was the very next Monday. But the guys were very nice and the company does seem nice too. I was told they were good."
