"Josh & Matt were awesome! Great experience with the JunkLuggers crew. They were super punctual and accommodating to me because of a last minute schedule change from my end. Work was done professionally and without causing a disturbance to other tenants. I had tried another junk removal company that showed up late, did a half attempt at the job and who I subsequently fired so I was very wary about hiring another company right away. Josh and Matt made me feel at ease and gave me an honest breakdown of the pricing and were fair with how they quoted me. Will be recommending them to everyone!"

In addition, they were amazing working with our family and sensitive to the situation they were supporting. "Everybody I dealt with was very polite. The gentleman that came and moved my furniture out were all polite. Customer service was polite. But I was a little misled by the pricing I was led to believe I was paying a flat rate for the truck. When in reality they charge you by how much of the truck you fill up, even if it's just four pieces of furniture. Other than that, they are wonderful people to deal with"
