"Great service all the way around. Showed up to do estimate as expected. Received emailed updates and follow ups throughout the process. Despite the forecast for bad weather, they were there to do the job, even asking if they could come two hours early which was doable for us. They were organized, made a plan, and the crew got to work loading up the junk. The estimate was for three trucks which was what it took. They were spot on! You got junk and need it hauled off? "My company was in need of closing our St. Louis office. We needed a company to pick up everything and clear out the office. I requested quotes from 3 junk haulers. While Junkluggers was not the cheapest, they were the most responsive and most professional of the 3. They also donate as much of the items they haul as possible to Goodwill, which is an added benefit, not only for the environment, but for those in need. We hired Junkluggers and couldn't have been happier. Our main contact, Nate, was quick and efficient in providing what our company needed in order to utilize their services. On the first day, he arrived with his crew on time. The crew couldn't have worked harder or been more polite.
