Junk Removal Made Simple in St. Louis MO & Beyond

"My company was in need of closing our St. Louis office. We needed a company to pick up everything and clear out the office. I requested quotes from 3 junk haulers. While Junkluggers was not the cheapest, they were the most responsive and most professional of the 3. They also donate as much of the items they haul as possible to Goodwill, which is an added benefit, not only for the environment, but for those in need. We hired Junkluggers and couldn't have been happier. Our main contact, Nate, was quick and efficient in providing what our company needed in order to utilize their services. On the first day, he arrived with his crew on time. The crew couldn't have worked harder or been more polite. In the end, less truck loads were needed, so our invoice came back less that what we expected. Honestly, they deserved more. It was a pleasure working with Junkluggers of St. Louis. "I want to say that I picked this company because of the glowing reviews, and they all said the same things. I had what turned out to be a bigger job on my hands than expected.. I found these folks through Google, and the next morning I called and had an appointment scheduled that afternoon. The gentleman on the truck called (DJ & Rob) and they were able to show up early if I was available. They showed up after we found a good time that worked for us both and called on their way out as promised. When they arrived, we set a price, and started knocking it all out together. I could have just left it up to them, but that's not my style.. it was my mess, and they were there to help me rectify it. They had to empty the truck before it all got loaded, but since I hadn't paid yet, I had no concerns they would do anything other than return for the rest. Which they did.. 10 more minutes of work and it was done! They didn't add any charges, even though the load turned out to be a little bigger than it seemed when quoted. I would have happily paid more, but the driver was firm. "We charge what we quote" Top notch business in my opinion. Your guys should get raises!
