"Fast response and faster pick up time. Called the morning after we'd already moved and they came the following day no problem. Considering 1 trip to the dump is minimum 80 dollars, the convenience is a no brainer."

Laura was knowledgeable about every step and I never once felt confused or surprised about price or procedure. I never felt judged about the amount of stuff in my house or what was being taken away. "Junkluggers are amazing! At 7pm I booked an appointment for 9am-11am the following day. Within 15 minutes I received a phone call to confirm my appointment and to go over other details. The luggers showed up almost right at 9am. I was quoted a very reasonable price for a sofa, loveseat, and ottoman. The whole exchange only took about 25 minutes. Highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them in the future."

"The entire process went smoothly. The crew showed up on time and called ahead to let us know they were on the way. They were very polite and worked efficiently. The price was fair and overall I am very pleased. If I need another junk pickup in the future I will use JunkLuggers again."
