"Absolutely appreciative! My brothers and I recently lost our dad and we had an entire apartment to sort out and junk old items/furniture. The team that came out were so humble and determined to help. They ensured us everything would be taken care of the same day. "PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!! I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Junk Luggers! From the onset of my acquiring estimates from 4 different companies, Junk Luggers stood out from the rest! Lenny professionally & expeditiously prepared an in-person estimate. Although Junk Luggers was NOT the cheapest price I was quoted, Lenny’s follow through & compassion (the clean up was due to a “Sqatter Situation”) sold me on using Junk Luggers. Then, I was given an AMAZING team (Peter, Josh & Ceon) to execute the job. The team showed up ON TIME & worked CONTINUOUSLY until the job was done! Josh & Ceon worked like a fine oiled machine & I was surprised when Peter shared that they have only been with the company a relatively short time but is always happy when they are assigned to his jobs. They were incredibly hard working, POLITE, courteous, & reassuring that everything would be done & fine when they saw me feeling a bit overwhelmed. As I told them many times throughout the day, their mothers raised them right & clearly Junk Luggers was smart enough to hire them! When they left, everything was more than ok & fine! Thank you!!!"
