They told me the cost to take my sofa and how they determined that cost. It was a fair price and I liked their transparency. They were positive and cheerful and took less than 5 minutes to get the sofa out of my house. And as an added bonus they are sending me a receipt for donating the sofa. I am very pleased with their service!!"

We had some large furniture pieces to remove and the guys were respectful of our home as they had to manage some tight doorways and corners to get everything out.
