"The guys who came out did a really excellent job it was a lot of work in the rain. The only issue is the call center doesn't let you know about the truck fee in addition to the heavy weight charge for concrete debris. They waved it due to the confusion but if you hire them double check the call center as there's a volume price and a cubic yard cost for ultra heavy construction waste."

"Had a great experience with this company. The scheduling process was easy, the crew arrived right at the start of the promised arrival window, I was quoted a fair price for the job, and Malik and Brigham (the "luggers") were professional, friendly, and quick. Half a truckload of junk (most of it large and heavy) was gone within thirty minutes of their arrival. I'm especially appreciative of the company's attempts to re-home things that are still usable, rather than just dump it in a landfill. I will call them first the next time I need stuff hauled away!"

Upon arrival they fully explained the pricing and provided an estimate to get our approval to proceed with the service. They maneuvered some very heavy, awkward pieces both downstairs from second floor and upstairs from basement with skill and efficiency. There was no damage to walls or railings. Upon completion, the original estimate was high and subsequently revised to reflect the truck space actually used. We were very satisfied. We would use them again and would recommend this team to anyone needing items removed from their home."

The team who came to my home were on time within the 2 hour window we scheduled, and they called me to let me know when they were 30 minutes from arrival. While they were on site, they were friendly and even offered me some tips on options to get rid of paint cans in the future. I would definitely use this service in the future."
