"Right on time. And if course we weren't completely ready. Senior citizen affected...😟. Anyway the guys were really helpful. Once the path was fully cleared, they had our items out of the house and on the truck in no time. They even moved a piece of furniture to its new place in the living room. Can't thank them enough. It felt like they genuinely wanted to be helpful, do a good job, and seems like they enjoy their job. It's nice to work with a company that cares and you don't feel like you're just being sold to. From the beginning this company was not only easy to use/communicate/schedule with but they were also very nice and clear and concise with their information. I called on several occasions to get information for my dad's house. He passed away recently and we needed to do a removal of a lot of items in a short time frame. I researched several companies trying to find the best and what I really like about this company is that they try to donate and recycle as much as they can! Because of our tight timeframe we just really weren't going to have time to do that ourselves and we were really having a hard time with that. So finding a company who would do all of that on top of the removal is genuinely what drew me to them in the first place. And then every phone call I had after that was just really informative and helpful. They offer same day estimates as well as removals if they can. And I never felt like they were trying to sell me or upsell me. Which was great. There was just no pressure involved whatsoever. When we did have someone come out for an estimate, Josh, he was again very nice and went through everything and made sure he understood exactly what we wanted. They removed a whole house full of items, a lot of furniture and miscellaneous items as well as the garage and outside shed. I felt like it was very reasonably priced and they got us in very quickly.
