My job was scheduled for between 2 and 4 PM. I got no phone call and between 3:15-4:00, I called your office several times and could not get anyone on the phone. I left two messages. Finally I got a call back after 4 PM and the representative tracked down a truck which arrived at 4:30 PM. The workers then needed my help to move the piano- I had to put the dolly under it while they lifted it! Only 1 of the 3 was a big guy. So frankly if I hadn't helped with the dolly I don't know what they would have done. Your prices are fair, but not calling to say you were running late and not being able to reach someone on the phone is a problem.

We like Junkluggers procedures, pricing levels, efficiency, effectiveness, and the ability to donate to charities. Most of all, we appreciate the men you put on our job: Luke Walker Brian Daniels They were expert, energetic, friendly, caring, careful, thorough. I cannot praise them enough. Example: After the difficult job of removing an old refrigerator, they walked back into the house. But they stopped, turned around and went back to be sure that they had closed and properly locked the door! Our jaws dropped in amazement. Please contact us if you want more pages of praise about the service we received. As soon as we catch our breath, we will set up another appointment - if we take off time from raving about Junkluggers to anyone who will listen. Appointment was Wednesday, 4/22/15, 3:00-5:00pm

Stuff was left, e.g. a huge Costco container Pail of floor finisher, which I expected your guys to take. There was some assorted pieces that wwe left and could have been shlepped to curbside, e.g a fold up dog ramp, a fold up Al table, bottles of Prestone, and many bottles of Motor Oil & Turpentine or paint thinner. I brought the motor oil to my gas station, but these should not have been left in basement for me to figure out how to deal with them, when I am gravely ill. Also, I never got a receipt for the first truck on 4/22 for which a personal check was given to Jose by my SIL, I need that receipt sent via email. pscharf@pace.edu

Donation Receipts

We donate and recycle as much of what we lug from your home or office as possible, providing you with a donation receipt for any items accepted on your behalf within 14 business days of the service.

* Ultimately, the donation centers we partner with have the final say on what items they accept. We cannot guarantee your items will be donated and a donation receipt provided, but we will do our very best to find a second home for your items..

On-Time Arrival

If we do not arrive when we say we will, we will provide you with a discount for the inconvenience. If we arrive up to 30 minutes late, we provide an automatic 5% off the total bill. If we arrive more than 30 minutes late, we provide an automatic 10% off.

*Does not apply for same day booking and change appointments.

Price Assurance

If we quote you an on-site estimate, we guarantee the final price will never be more than the price originally quoted on-site. In fact, sometimes you will even pay less if your items take up less space in our trucks than we originally estimated.

*Items added AFTER an agreement on price has been reached are subject to price change.
