The training process

Once you are awarded a Junkluggers franchise, your franchise coach will work with you through several weeks of pre-training followed by a five-day in-house coaching program that will prepare you to run every aspect of the business.

The program includes classroom instruction at our headquarters in Seymour, CT, to prepare you for the hands-on aspect of the business, and we will also get you out of the office for some in-field training.

The Junkluggers culture

During onsite training, you will get a feel for the company culture, meet various members of the support team, and really begin to understand what it means to become part of The Junkluggers family. You will have an opportunity to meet and work with The Appointment Center, so you will be able to put a face to the names of the talented team that will be answering the phones and filling up your schedule with jobs. You will be provided with additional training resources to reference and study after the classroom training is complete. Our expert staff will also be available for any questions you may have during and after training. Once training is complete, you'll have an arsenal of tools to help you maintain all day-to-day operations and grow your business with confidence.
